Next Step Up

Eric Geiger serves as executive pastor of Christ Fellowship in Miami, Florida. Christ Fellowship meets in five locations throughout Miami-Dade County and is comprised of more than 70 nationalities. Besides serving as pastor, Eric frequently consults with and speaks to church leaders. He is the co-author of the best-selling ministry book, Simple Church. He also wrote Identity and co-authored Simple Student Ministry. Eric received a doctorate in leadership and church ministry from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to ministry in South Florida, Eric served churches in Ohio, Louisiana, and Arkansas. He lives in Miami with his wife Kaye and their daughters, Eden and Evie.

Music Ministries
Brett Turner Francis:
Worship Pastor of Antioch Bible Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri.
Brett has been the Worship Pastor under the leadership of senior pastor Bob Baier since 2004. Brett attended Belmont University to study music and along with leading worship, stays active as a freelance composer/arranger. Together with his wife of 9 years, Brett and Erin are raising daughters Brennah and Corinne.
Brett will be discussing two vital topics concerning Music and Worship to help our churches take that Next Step Up!
Engaging the Whole Congregation: This session will provide Biblical principles, along with practical strategies, for involving the whole church as you sing.
Songs Worth Singing: This session will discuss criteria for selecting songs for your church and considerations for placing those songs in the service.

Youth Ministries

Ladies Ministries
Cindy Amelung:
Ladies Bible Study Ministry Coordinator at Hazelwood Baptist Church in St. Louis, Missouri.
Cindy has been facilitating church wide Bible studies for ladies in church for the past 5 years. She has three years teaching experience in Sunday morning Bible study. Passionate about Jesus Christ and His Word, she is especially passionate about helping women put feet to their faith and walk it out daily. Cindy is a She Speaks Conference graduate through the Proverbs 31 Ministry. She is a daughter, mother, grandmother, and well trained human to two cats- Dana and Gillian.
