Meet Our Staff...
 Dr. Keith Gillming
Senior Pastor
Pastor Keith was instrumental in establishing Lighthouse Baptist Church (formerly known as Dorsett Road Baptist Church) in October of 1982.
On March 21, 1961, Pastor Keith accepted Jesus as Lord of his life in a little church that was started in a garage by his father. During his early teens he felt the Lord calling him to surrender his life to service in ministry.
After graduating from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary in 1982, Pastor Keith and Becky moved to St. Louis and began their ministry here. He has continued his education at Covenant Theological Seminary and received his Doctor of Ministries degree in 1998.
Pastor Keith’s greatest desire is to build Lighthouse Baptist Church for the glory of God, and to share this ministry with his close church family.
Russell McAllister
Associate Pastor
Pastor Russ joined the Lighthouse Baptist Church staff in May of 1995. He worked with our youth for over 8 years. He now serves in the LifeMates (young married) ministry, AWANA Pastor, and many of our outreach ministry events. Russ was saved on August 18,1983 at Dorsett Road Baptist Church.
In 1989, Russ gave his life for full-time service. He entered Baptist Bible College and completed his degree in 1995. Russ and Maria have three children, Keith, Rachel and Nolan.
David Wooten
Music and Worship Pastor
David is the newest member of the Lighthouse staff. He came aboard in August of 2004 to fill the need for a music pastor, after graduating from Baptist Bible College. He was joined by his new wife, Regina, following their wedding in October of 2004.
They both enjoy music and singing. David likes writing music and enjoys watching and participating in sports.
Shannon Ayers
Secretary/Children’s Director
Shannon joined the staff at Lighthouse Baptist Church in December 2002 as the Church Secretary and the Financial Secretary. In August 2003, she assumed the responsibilities of Children’s Director for our PromiseLand Children’s Program.
Shannon came to Lighthouse with her family in 1999 and later that year, they joined the church as a family. Her family includes husband Ron and their five children, Caitlin, Courtney, Cameron, Andrew and Riley.
