Volunteer Opportunity: We need someone willing to help once a month to pick up a physically disabled individual that is a member of Lighthouse. We will supply the specialized van for the task. If you are interested please contact Pastor Daniel for details. 

1. How does good or bad character affect your relationships?

2. Why is it important to have high integrity and character when no one else is looking?

3. Why do you think it’s often harder to maintain integrity when no one is watching? What helps a person maintain integrity even when no one else sees? Read Hebrews 4:13 & Proverbs 4:23.

4. Read Psalm 139:23-24. Why is it hard for us to see our own character flaws? How can inviting God—and trusted people—to speak into our lives help us grow?

5. What is one small habit or decision in your marriage, friendships, finances, or work where greater honesty or integrity would strengthen trust?

6. What is one small step you can take this week to strengthen your character in an area where God is challenging you?

CHALLENGE

Spend time this week really asking yourself the question, “Who am I when no one is looking?” Who are you when you’re alone on the internet, sitting in traffic, or traveling alone on business? If your private life doesn’t line up with your public life, what changes do you need to begin making?

Find a group of 2-4 people that you can pray with weekly at the end of your growth group.
