July–August
2026 Update
What an exciting season of ministry! During the final two weeks of July, we held two winter youth retreats, welcoming campers ages 5–50. We saw many spiritual decisions, including 11 people trusting Christ as Savior! One young man from our church was also baptized the following Sunday. Please pray that these young people will continue growing in their faith and become faithful disciples of Jesus.
At the beginning of August, we arrived in the United States for our furlough. We have enjoyed reconnecting with family and sharing ministry updates with
supporting churches. Our travels have taken us through the mid-Atlantic region and into the Midwest. We are grateful for safe travels and the opportunity to encourage our supporting churches.
Meanwhile, ministry continues in Argentina! Our church family recently held a special Children’s Day celebration for children from the church and surrounding neighborhood. The event included games, fellowship, and a Gospel presentation. Many visitors attended, and we are praying that those who heard the Gospel will come to know Jesus as Savior.
What a blessing it was to be with our Lighthouse family this Sunday! We enjoyed reconnecting with you, sharing what God is doing in Argentina, and thanking you personally for your faithful prayers and support. We are so grateful for your partnership in the ministry!
Prayer Requests
·Pray for the 11 people who trusted Christ at camp and for continued spiritual
growth among the young people.
·Pray for safe travels and fruitful visits with supporting churches during our
furlough.
·Pray for faithfulness and unity among our church family and leaders in
Argentina while we are away.
·Pray for the children and families who heard the Gospel during the Children’s
Day celebration.
