Missionaries to Spain

We have arrived in Spain, and our hearts are full of joy. Thank you for walking this journey with us—your prayers, care, and support have brought us to this moment.

February was filled with mixed emotions. Saying goodbye in Mexico was especially difficult as Cesia’s dad continues to battle colon cancer. It was a blessing to support her family during this time, but leaving was not easy. Please continue to pray for his healing.

From there, we traveled to Oklahoma, where our sending church held a special Launch Service for us. It was a meaningful time filled with both tears and gratitude as we celebrated God’s faithfulness alongside a church family that has supported us from the beginning.

We arrived in Santander, Spain, and immediately stepped into ministry—leading music our first Sunday and preaching the next. Our family has jumped right in to serve, with Cesia and the kids helping in children’s ministry and all of us engaging in small groups and church life. Recently, we rejoiced as two people trusted Christ—reminding us why God has called us here.

We have felt incredibly welcomed by the people of Spain and are prayerfully seeking opportunities to share the Gospel in everyday conversations. The kids are doing well, though they miss friends back home. With the time difference and distance, we feel the pull of home, yet our hearts are now shared between Oklahoma, Mexico, and Spain.

Our church continues to meet in a team member’s home, and we are grateful—but space is becoming limited as the church grows. We are actively searching for a place to gather, though finding a location has been challenging.

Thank you again for your continued prayers and support. We are grateful to be on this journey together.

Prayer Requests:

1. Healing – Please pray for complete healing and strength for Cesia’s dad as he continues his battle with cancer.

2. Open Doors – Pray that God would provide a permanent place for the church to meet and open the right doors in His timing.

3. Gospel Opportunities – Pray for boldness and clear opportunities to share the Gospel, and for more people in Santander to come to Christ.
